What is TMJ/TMD?

My Approach to TMJ Therapy
After earning my DDS, I received advanced TMJ and airway training from Dr. Steve Olmos at the TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre International. This included 60+ hours of hands-on learning in diagnosis, imaging, neuromuscular therapies, and oral appliance therapy. One of my most effective tools is the Olmos® Appliance, a custom orthotic that gently repositions your jaw to relieve pressure, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.
It’s a conservative, non-invasive solution that goes beyond symptom relief. it addresses the root cause. Many of my patients notice improvements not just in their jaw comfort but also in their sleep quality and energy levels.
